PHIL S. FLEMMING (PHIL) is a graduate of Arizona State University (1988). Phil graduated from Valparaiso University School of Law, Valparaiso, Indiana, in 1992. Following graduation, Phil practiced in the area of general civil and personal injury litigation. Phil is a graduate of the Arizona College of Trial Advocacy as well as the Hastings Law School Trial College. He practices in State and Federal Court as well as the Court of Federal Claims. Phil has also argued before the Arizona Court of Appeals. Phil joined the firm in October of 1997, and his practice focuses in the area of employment and civil litigation involving contract and business related disputes.
