THOMAS P. McVAY (TOM) received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Arizona State University in 1979, and received his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University Law School in Malibu, California in 1983. Following graduation from law school, Tom instructed law classes for Rio Salado Community College for two years before entering private law practice. In addition, Tom has more than 15 years experience as an attorney practicing civil litigation, transactional work, business formations, estate planning, probate, and real estate law. He is also a licensed real estate broker.
